Our goal at Synergy-Now is to provide outstanding service to our customers, and to produce “Perfection Plus” horse and cow hay. We strive for perfection in all aspects of our operation. We want to provide a one stop source of agriculture services. We keep updated with the latest information on hay, cattle, horses, land and equipment.

Alan Vencil, Owner and President of Synergy-Now, has lived & ranched in Fort Bend County for over 50 years. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1963 with a BS in Animal Science, he developed a Rice Field Laser Survey business and sold John Deere Equipment for 8 years. During this time he developed a herd of 100 F-1 cows which he purchased from Nancy Garrett in Danbury, Texas. These cattle formed the basis for the current sale & development of 3⁄4 blood “grass fed” beef & replacement herd bulls & heifers. In addition we have now developed rural land sales activities as well the leasing of 20 pieces of agricultural equipment to the neighboring ranchers. These activities play a minor role in our full time job of providing “Perfection Plus” horse square bales of hay and cow round bales of hay. This business continues to grow due to the increasing demand of high quality cow and horse hay.
